This is my first “latergram” style post, seeing as I am writing this on 9/18/2026, almost 2 years later lol!
For that reason, please excuse any historical inaccuracies and creative liberties I may be taking to fill the gaps. In addition, this post may be shorter than some of my other posts.
I remember that we did Magical Dining that night and they really knocked it out of the park in all the categories: ingredient quality, food temperature, presentation, service, ambiance, and even the drinks were good!

Without much further ado, I will now recount my wonderful experience doing Magical Dining at Bites & Bubbles!
I started with the fried goat cheese appetizer which was composed of panko and almond crusted goat cheese, roasted tomatoes, fruit salsa, and warm bread. It was delicious and I am saying that as someone who isn’t a goat cheese guy!!
A friend got the escargot as the appetizer, and I actually tried it! This was a bit daring for me, as I had never had it before and was always hesitant to try it. It was super tasty and really easy to eat, since it was already deshelled! It made me wish that I had crossed over into the uncharted waters of this classic French delicacy! I was so proud of myself for finally trying it haha!!
Another friend got the lobster bisque! It looked really good!! They told me it tasted great!
For my main, I got the lamb shank and it really fell right off the bone. Cooked to perfection and really flavorful!! The photo doesn’t do it justice!!!

Last but not least, for dessert, I got the ricotta pistachio cake which was a very happy ending for a great meal!!

My friends and I all agreed that everything was really good! The theming and decorations were cool too! As you can see, it was a Halloween theme! Here are the remaining pics of their food and us clinking our cocktails together!!
